1. Russian Blue Luster items are covered by a lifetime guarantee.
An item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturing defect. To
receive a replacement, send the damaged Blue Luster CZ jewelry item, together
with a copy of the purchase receipt and $9.95 USD for shipping and handling (per
item) to the address below.
2. Sterling Essence and Next Generation items are covered by a
lifetime guarantee. To receive a replacement, send the damaged jewelry item,
together with a copy of the purchase receipt and a check for the amount set
forth below based on your purchase price, excluding taxes, for shipping and
handling (per item) to the address below.
